Operating Principle
SAFEmine units :
receive position information from GPS
predict trajectory of the host vehicle
broadcast the trajectory by radio
All other units within range :
receive and and process this transmission
compare incoming vehicles trajectories to their own
If a unit detects a convergence, it will alarm its driver according to the threat level
