Warranty Statement
DMIPL warrants that all products will be covered for manufacturing faults. DMIPL’s warranty does not, however, extend to fuses and short circuits. All products supplied by DMIPL, are supplied and provided on the condition that they cannot be held responsible in the event that they are used for any other purposes than that specified by the manufacturer.
DMIPL’s warranty, therefore, does not cover misuse, abuse, incorrect fitment and applications. The customer or purchaser accepts that it is their responsibility to ensure that the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
The commencement date of all warranties is the date of invoice to the purchaser unless otherwise agreed by DMIPL in writing.
